Served as an officer and member of the board of a publicly traded cannabis company.

Previous partner in a private, state-based investment vehicle providing legal and safe investment opportunities into legal medical marijuana dispensary operations and legal medical marijuana cultivation facilities.

Additional experience in Private Equity, Board of Directors and C-level management roles.

Dermod (Trip) Ives, III

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr. Ives has been registered with the CFTC as a brokerage firm principle, commodity trading advisor, and principle of a commodities based hedge fund.

Built, deployed and managed a portfolio trading program ultimately managing $1 billion in leveraged assets.

Founding and Managing Partner of successful Private Equity, Investment Banking and Hedge fund firms.

Additional experience includes Chief Compliance Consultancy, Fortune 50 senior IT management and IT portfolio management at PepsiCo.

Erica Sharf-Abramson

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

An accomplished attorney and entrepreneur who has built, deployed and managed multiple successful businesses within the US and European industries of high-end wines, green water treatment and real estate consulting.

Ms. Sharf-Abramson received both her BA in Economics (summa cum laude) and her J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Sharf-Abramson has worked at various high profile New York based law and spent years providing senior leadership in the executive search industry.

More recently, Ms. Sharf-Abramson has advised family offices on real estate and other private equity investments. Her primary area of expertise includes development, structuring and acquisition of real estate opportunities (including cannabis compliant real estate) and other private equity deals.

James Canner is currently the President of Parkside Investigations. His role at as private investigator at Parkside includes serving the needs of Attorney's, insurance companies and private individuals. Prior to Parkside, James Canner was the Commanding Officer of the Long Beach Police Department Detective Division, where he supervised criminal investigations of individuals and business entities.

Public relations Specialist

Evan Nison currently runs a cannabis specific PR firm, NisonCo. He is the Co-Founder and Director of the NY Cannabis Alliance, which has led the path to many cannabis related legislation in New York. Evan also currently sits on the Board of Directors of Students for Sensible Drug Policy. Evan presently serves as CFO of OM Edibles, Whoppi Goldberg’s foray into the cannabis edibles industry. He is well known in the industry and has been featured in the NY Times, Politico, USA Today, Bloomberg TV and Forbes.
